Log Management Guide

1. Log Management Page


  • You can check the usage logs of the SHIELDrive and SHIELDriveWorks services in real-time from the log list.

  • Update the list with the [Refresh] button in the top left corner.

  • You can check the previous logs through the [Go to Previous User/Admin Logs] in the upper right corner.

2. Search and Filter

3. Log Details (Common)


You can check the detailed information on the right slide by clicking the log item.

You can check the history of actions performed by the user.

Detailed Information

  • File Information: file path, creation date, last modified date, etc.

  • Folder Information: Folder path, creation date, last modified date, etc.

  • Role Information: Role names, members, and permissions applied to the folder

5. Admin Log


You can check the history of tasks performed by the administrator.

6. SHIELDriveWorks Log

7. Previous Logs


  • You can check logs before November 30, 2023.
  • You can access the user/admin log pages through the [Previous Log] button in the upper right corner.
